After check-in, embark on a private walking tour of Sevilla’s historic center. Your expert guide will lead you through the winding streets of Santa Cruz, past the magnificent Cathedral of Seville — home to the impressive tomb of Christopher Columbus — and the iconic Giralda Tower. You’ll also explore the Real Alcázar, a masterpiece of Mudéjar architecture and royal heritage.

In the evening, immerse yourself in the soul of Andalusia with an authentic Flamenco Dreams private show at Sueños Flamencos, including a visit to the Flamenco Museum. The day concludes with a gourmet dinner at El Pintón, where a carefully curated tasting menu highlights the best of contemporary Andalusian cuisine.

Today, you’ll journey deep into the heart of Andalusia’s storied wine country. Your day begins in Montilla, where you’ll visit Bodegas Alvear, one of Spain’s oldest and most prestigious wineries. Enjoy a private tour through historic wine cellars and experience a tasting of the region’s prized olive oils, learning firsthand about the traditions that have shaped Montilla’s landscape for centuries.

From there, continue to Córdoba, a city where every stone tells a story. Here, you’ll indulge in a tasting menu lunch at Casa Pepe de la Judería, an iconic restaurant tucked away in the enchanting Jewish Quarter, where flavors are as rich as the history surrounding you.

After lunch, explore Córdoba’s architectural marvels on a private guided tour. Visit the awe-inspiring Mosque-Cathedral (Mezquita), the grand Alcázar of the Christian Monarchs, and the evocative Casa de Sefarad, uncovering the city’s layered Roman, Islamic, Jewish, and Christian legacy.

As the afternoon winds down, return to Sevilla, with the evening free to relax and reflect on a day steeped in history, culture, and exceptional flavors.

Today, embark on a full-day private excursion to Ronda, one of Andalusia’s most captivating towns, famed for its dramatic landscapes and deep-rooted winemaking traditions.

Begin your journey with a visit to Bodega La Melonera, a boutique winery dedicated to reviving ancient, nearly forgotten grape varieties unique to this region. Stroll through the vineyards, learn about the passion behind their sustainable viticulture, and enjoy an exclusive wine tasting set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Serranía de Ronda.

Following your wine experience, indulge in a leisurely lunch at the Parador de Ronda, a historic hotel spectacularly perched above the sheer cliffs of El Tajo Gorge. Here, you’ll savor a refined tasting menu with wines included, celebrating the authentic flavors of Andalusia in an unforgettable setting.

After lunch, discover the timeless charm of Ronda with a private walking tour. Visit the legendary Plaza de Toros, one of the oldest and most beautiful bullrings in Spain, the elegant Casa Don Bosco, a stately residence with panoramic views, and the majestic Collegiate Church of Santa María la Mayor, a masterpiece reflecting centuries of history and architectural evolution.

As the afternoon light softens over the gorge, you’ll return to Sevilla, filled with the memories of a day where history, landscape, and wine intertwine in perfect harmony.

Embark on an unforgettable journey to Spain’s sun-drenched Atlantic coast and the birthplace of the world’s finest sherry wines.

Your private driver and vehicle will take you first to Jerez de la Frontera, where you’ll enjoy an exclusive tour and tasting at the prestigious Bodegas Lustau. Learn about the centuries-old traditions of sherry making and savor a selection of their most iconic wines in an intimate setting.

Next, continue to the vibrant city of Cádiz, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in Western Europe. Wander through its historic streets on a private walking tour, where ancient plazas, seaside fortresses, and whitewashed buildings tell the story of civilizations that have come and gone.

For lunch, you may opt for a Michelin-starred gastronomic experience at Código de Barras, where a carefully curated tasting menu with wine pairings showcases a modern, creative take on the rich culinary traditions of Cádiz (optional). Alternatively, take time to explore the city’s charming streets and find a local spot for lunch on your own, soaking in the vibrant coastal atmosphere.

In the afternoon, head to Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the charming seaside town where manzanilla sherry reigns supreme. Your day will culminate at the renowned Bodega Hidalgo La Gitana, where you’ll sample their celebrated sherries and learn about the winery’s centuries-old traditions. Your day will culminate with a delightful dinner accompanied by live music, allowing you to bask in the festive, relaxed atmosphere that so perfectly captures the spirit of Andalusia’s coastal life.
